PAYMENT

 

ALL PRICES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS. 

American customers, your credit card provider will automatically convert your payment into USD at the day’s exchange rate on your credit card bill.

We accept the following forms of payment:  Visa , Mastercard or PayPal.

 

SHIPPING

UNIVERSAL CYCLE SHIP EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN CANADA AND CONTINENTAL USA.

 

All orders can only be shipped to the billing address of your credit card. This is for your own protection.
Typically this address is your home address. 

Universal Cycle offers shipping via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost services. Shipping charges are based upon the weight & size of your order.

We ship Canada Post / USPS.  Each service is not available to all locations. During checkout you can choose from the available shipping methods. 

Oversize Delivery Surcharges. Certain items that are oversize or overweight may have additional shipping charges. You will be contacted by one of our representatives and notified of any additional shipping costs before your order is processed. Should the additional cost of shipping prove prohibitive, you may cancel your order without penalty.

For USA customers, Total Shipping charges will be actual Transport and Handling Charges. All orders will pass thru Customs and will be subject to Inspection, Duties, Taxes , Customs Processing Fees and these are the Customers Responsibility.

DELIVERY TIMES

 

Below are the published delivery standards for shipping from Calgary, Alberta, Canada to various destinations in Canada and the United States. Universal Cycle makes every effort to process orders for shipping on the same day they are received, however we cannot guarantee that orders received after our delivery cut-off times will be processed the same day.

DAMAGES/SHORTAGES

Although very infrequent, if you receive a damaged item or damaged package it must be reported to the shipping company immediately, and to Universal Cycle immediately. This will allow us to remedy the problem for you by submitting a damages claim.

You must take clear photos of the product and packaging and email them to Universal Cycle
You must keep all packaging materials, boxes, paper, bubble wrap etc.

 

RETURNS

 

If there is a problem with any of your products please contact us immediately.

Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase, in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. No Exeptions.

If you need to return a product please call first to obtain a return authorization number (ROA).  We will not accept any returns under any circumstances without an ROA.

After obtaining an ROA, your return must be shipping back securely packaged in a box labeled on the outside “CANADIAN PRODUCT RETURN – ROA # ___”.   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

All returned products will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and $5.00 - $10.00 re-boxing fee when applicable. No exceptions. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstance. 

 

Returns - USA Orders.

Due to the complications that arise with duties and taxes when shipping and returning products internationally, all orders that are exported from Canada will be final sale only.

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE:

Electrical Items of any kind.
Carburetors Kits.
Items on Final sale, or discounted products.
Parts that have been installed.

 

WARRANTY

 

Universal Cycle supports warranties offered by a product’s manufacturer.  Warranties never include reimbursement for labor time, damage to other components, travel time, or shipping cost.

Warranties are only valid to the original purchaser of the product, with original copy of the invoice supplied upon purchase.

 

BACKORDERS

 

A backordered item is an item that we normally carry in stock, but which is currently out of stock. When we put an item on backorder to you, we will automatically ship the item to you (via Standard Ground) when we receive the item back into our stock.

Backordered items to Canadian addresses will be shipped via Standard Ground unless you specifically request otherwise, even if the original order was shipped via Air.

For retail orders to be shipped to Canada: There are no additional shipping charges when your backordered items are shipped unless you request Air shipment.

For orders to be shipped out of Canada: You will have to pay the actual shipping charges for the shipment of any backordered items. We may cancel your backorder if we are unable to contact you by E-mail to ask you to authorize the shipping charges for the backordered items.

Online "In Stock" status and estimated arrival dates are updated Daily. If an item sells out during the night, it will still show "In Stock" until the daily update.
