Oversize piston kit, fits all years KLR650. Forged, lightweight, 1mm over stock. Includes premium rings and wrist pin.
Requires cylinder machining.
Lighter and smoother than the factory setup. If you have an oil user this is a good way to go.
Installing a ThermoBob on every KLR650 is highly recommended, especially those with a big bore kit. This helps the cylinder stay round.
IMPORTANT - these are considered racing parts, and there is no warranty. The performance and function is entirely dependant on the quality of the bore and honing, and install process.
